There will be a number of quad core mobiles on show at the Mobile World Congress starting this week in Barcelona. One mobile will be the LG Optimus 4X HD. This phone has a quad core and an additional fifth smaller core to use for some less demanding tasks and help with the battery life.

The screen is a 4.7-inch True HD IPS display running at 1280×720. So far the reviews have been good for the quality of the display.
LG also announce the new Optimus 3D Max an upgrade to their previous 3D phone and the Optimus VU.
The VU is a little dififferent it has a 1.5GHz processor, 1GB Ram, 32GB of storage a large 5? screen with 4:3 aspect ratio and an 8MP camera The resolution is 1024×768. It weighs in at 168g and is 8.5mm thick. It is similar to the Samsung Galaxy Note, somewhere between a tablet and a phone, which can make for difficult touchscreen movements for people with small hands but it does come with a stylus! As you can see from the image it is a little on the wide side
